Rotometal company was founded in 2006 by Mr Joachim Setnik, whose 27 year-long experience in printing industry facilitated dynamic development and initiated a streak of success. They have a well-developed machinery park, good organization and a three-shift system of work which allow them to quickly respond to the needs of customers.
Magnetic Cylinders
The cylinder body made of high-quality stainless steel provides excellent protection against corrosion, does not affect the magnetic field and allows the perfect adhesion of the die on its entire surface. The cylinder raceways are made of high quality tool steel, hardened above 60 HRC, guaranteeing long and trouble-free operation of the tool.
Printing cylinders
Are manufactured with the highest precision thanks to the use of the latest CNC machines to ensure high quality and durability. As standard, all their printing cylinders have gears made by milling technology in a high class of accuracy. They can also make hardened and ground gears. The use of pipes with a small wall thickness significantly reduces the weight of the tool.
