Product description

The Metal-Detection System ECOLINE-D detects all - also those contained within the product - magnetic and non-magnet metal impurities. (Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, etc.).

ECOLINE-D for the examination of dry packed and non-packed bulk materials.

The Complete System contains the following components:
• Tunnel-Metal detector GLS
• Flat conveyor belt (up to 400 mm belt width)
• Conveyor belt Stop-Control at metal detection

• new GLS-coiling technology with extremely short metal free Zone enables very short conveyor belt length (from 750 mm).

• open, light and accessible construction ensures that cleaning the entire system is simple and easy.

• Conveyor-bank is constructed of robust stainless steel which guarantees extreme sensitivity and precision of search, also in long-term operation.

• Belt-Quick Change System.

• Process conformity to IFS and HACCP.

Product description:

UNICON-D metal detection systems detect all magnetic and non-magnetic metal contaminants (steel, stainless steel, aluminium etc ), even those which may be contained in the product.
The UNICON-D range is designed for dry area applications for inspecting loose and packaged goods up to a maximum weight of 130kg.

The system comprises 4 main components:

GLS tunnel metal detector

special conveyor (width of belt from 250mm)

"stop-on-detect" control unit
