During DRUPA 2008, Apex launched its latest innovation, GTT (Genetic Transfer Technology) Metering Rolls, where a single roll can be used in place of various different screened rolls for printing solids and half tones from the same photopolymer plate.
Features & Benefits :-Apex can supply Stainless Steel Glue Roll and Ceramic Coated Doctor Roll as the best combination to avoid “banana effect” on doctor roll. Only Apex has AST for diameter build up in stainless steel or steel compared to copper done by all other manufacturers. As a result, the life of the Glue set is 30% more compared to that for copper/chrome Glue Sets. They have special tools to engrave directly into (stainless) steel with special screen developments. They also offer positive screen for uniform application of glue. As a result, you can save on glue consumption and lower your energy costs.
