Albany International’s Corrugator Belt design is the one of a needled felt on a sturdy multi layers base fabric with chemical interlock of yarns and fibers. The felt is then compacted, heatset and surface treated.
Features & Benefits :-Higher number of Contact Points and Smoother surface for better transport of board. No Elongation issues have ever been reported and No Reseaming is required because of elongation. The structure of a polyester needled felt features a microporosity surface granting a Better Moisture Entrapment and Release Without Absorption by the fibers with consequent negative wetting of the felt. The peculiar construction of belt allows to fit the felts with an Integral Flap Seam. Gives Belt Warranty of 1,000,000 linear meters of production per belt meter length.
