The Rotoplat line is a complete series of stretch wrappers that includes trans pallet versions for all models. Rotoplat series wrapping machines stand out for their driven roller surface rotation system which is made up of a toothed thrust bearing supported by a high load capacity ball bearing and high resistance pin transmission; this construction solution ensures high operating reliability and working life in the most wearing use conditions.
Table rotation speed and relevant acceleration and deceleration ramps are controlled by a frequency converter; this guarantees that the table always stops in phase regardless of the load weight and makes sure it is always aligned with the infeed and outfeed conveyors, assuring correct pallet supply and unloading.

Worker is the solid and reliable stretch wrapping robot for palletized loads and pallet wrapping. Born from Robopac's twenty years of experience, the robot worker has been realized following the design, constructive and safety criteria used on robots having higher performances. Robot is the agile and compact pallet wrapping machine that is born from the experience matured in the sale of over 15,000 ROBOPAC Robots. Worker is easy to use but at the same time it has been studied for a typical Industrial use, keeping into consideration the most different and heavy work conditions.

Fully automatic pallet stretch wrapping machine with rotating arm for stretch wrapping palletized loads with polyethylene stretch film where high production outputs are required or load which require an above average amount of film to contain them effectively.
Thanks to the rotating arm technology, the stretch wrapping process is performed on a static pallet thus eliminating any risk of product falling from the load during the wrapping process regardless the arm rotation speed.
Every pallet stretch wrapper from Robopac Sistemi can be fitted with a power pre stretch film delivery system which reduces film usage by up to 50% compared with hand wrapping and substantially increases load stability and presentation. The Genesis Cube series of pallet stretch wrapping machines operate without sliding electrical contacts, is unique in that the drive for the pre stretch rollers is via stationary servo motors which can modulate both the pre stretch ratio and the lay on force (wrapping pressure) on a continuous basis. This technical and highly innovative solution, in addition to eliminating all the typical problems of sliding contacts, also means that loads especially prone to crushing such as tissues, PET bottles etc can be wrapped perfectly with the minimum amount of film. This system is very flexible and can adjust to the particular wrapping requirements for mixed loads quickly and easily.
This results in reduced maintenance, high reliability, high flexibility and long working life.
